As a Registered Nurse and Holistic Health Coach, my greatest goal is to support you in finding fulfilment and nourishment in all areas of your health and life and for you to feel empowered to move toward a life that truly lights you up. With a passion for Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size I encourage the letting go of diet culture, the movement towards self love, self respect and gentle nutrition, and the creation of a positive relationship with food and your body. You deserve to feel good.

I help brides prepare for their big and beautiful day, through guided contemporary meditations in the lead up to, and on the day - creating space to feel all of the love.

 I help workplaces look after the incredible minds of their people - through ‘workplace calm’ guided contemporary meditations and mindfulness
